sales of magazine subscriptions. We do not have to carry the physical overhead many other companies do. Therefore, we have
streamlined our operations and lowered our costs in this area to be able to pass on the savings to you!
When will I receive my magazines?
How soon you will receive your first issue depends on how frequent the magazines are issued.
Publishers must tabulate millions of orders and most magazines are printed in advanced for their current subscriber base.
It will take a couple weeks for your subscription to be received and scheduled by the publisher to be added to the
next batch. As a general rule, daily subscriptions take 4 to 8 weeks to start, weekly subscriptions take 6 to 10 weeks,
monthly subscriptions take 8 to 12 weeks, and bi-monthly and quarterly subscriptions may take 10 to 16 weeks to start.
Your subscription starts when you receive your first magazine, not when you place the order. Rest assured that these time
frames are the industry standard and you will receive your new magazines as soon as possible.
Can I order renewals?
Of course! Bonusmags.com accepts both new and renewal subscriptions. You may find, however, that a few magazines do not
have a renewal option.
Do you offer international deliveries?
Sorry, we can only accept subscriptions to US customers.
What is your return policy?
If you would like to cancel a subscription you have made, send us an email with your name, address, and the magazine and
we will process your request. Bonusmags.com will issue you a refund if you cancel within 15 days of your order.
How do I change my address, cancel, or check on my order?
For all customer inquiries, please send us an email with your request. Be sure to include your name, address, and magazine.
If you have already started to receive your magazines, you can also contact the publisher to change your information.
How do I get cashback?
To get cash back, just place an order for a magazine with a qualifying cash back offer. Your cash back will be
issued in approximately 2 weeks.
